Saudi Arabia bags 4 awards at Gulf Film Festival

Saudi filmmakers bagged 4 awards in different categories, entering with total of 5 films.
The films were: ‘Basta’ (Street Stall), a short feature film by Hind Al-Fahied, won the third place ; ‘Yellow,’ a short documentary by Mohammed Salman took the second place in the short documentary category; ‘Maze,’ a long feature documentary by Faisal Al-Otaibi, third place; and ‘Youth popcorn,’ and an animation by Raaid Al-Sheikh won second place.
The festival was held from 16th to 20th of October. This was the third edition, the first festival took place in 2012 in Doha, and the second one 2 years later in Kuwait.
